You might wonder why Elena's hair is always either really shiny or it is matted and disgusting? These pictures are a very good representation of how meal time usually goes with Elena. She eats for a awhile and then it is a requirement to either smear said food in her hair or to put her bowl/plate on her head. I don't know if her hair is shiny because of these daily treatments of gourmet proportions, or if it is because she has to take a bath EVERYDAY to keep from looking nappy!
(P.S. Grandma Cederstrom: Yes, that is a mushroom stuck to her forehead!)

That's awesome! Bet it's fun to clean up the mess afterward too. I guess if I ever want my hair to be shiny I know how to achieve that now. :)
