The "CAT" of Monte Christo

If you have ever seen the movie "The Count of Monte Christo" then you will remember the scene when the old man is trying to teach him speed and he is trying to put his hand through water without getting wet.  Well, I decided the other day that this movie is the cat version of that scene.  (Even though the cat is pretty slow... he got pretty wet)

Ella was soooo excited that her and Elena both had tights with hearts on the bums, that we had to take a picture!!

Going GREEN!

There is a lot of talk about "Going Green" these days, but when I say going green, I am much more literal.  My blog is actually turning GREEN!!  Anyone who knows me well, knows that I like the color green.  (just ask my husband)  I like it, I love it, what can I say!!  Now you all might think that it is a little early to be going green for St. Patrick's Day, but it's not.  Those of you who get harrassed by their husbands as much as I do about liking things green... St Patrick's Day is the one holiday out of the year, when our family and friends can't give us a hard time for having lots of things that are green!!

Valentine's Day 2009

Valentine's Day was a lot of fun this year.  We woke up and the girl's found their presents from Mommy and Daddy and from Grandma Tamara.  Later that day a box came from Grandma and Grandpa Cederstrom, so we got to open it and have even more Valentine fun.

That night our babysitter fell through for us to go to dinner, so we decided to take the girl's with us.  It was a lot of fun to have them come, so we decided it would be fun for Dave to take them out for a daddy-daughter lunch/dinner every year.

It was so fun to spend Valentine's together as a family this year, and it reminded me how much I love my husband and girls.
